Communication is easier when expectations are clear. This page is a short reference for the best ways to reach me — not a rigid set of rules.

Email

The best way to reach me is via email. I try to respond thoughtfully, especially for consulting, advisory work, speaking invitations, and collaboration ideas.

If your note is long or non-urgent, I may take a few days. If I haven’t replied in a week, feel free to follow up.

hello@gerardoramirez.info

What I’m open to

I’m especially interested in conversations about:

  • Enterprise integrations and partner engineering
  • Architecture reviews and technical strategy
  • Applied AI systems going from prototype to production
  • Early-stage product building and developer experience
  • Speaking and workshops on AI engineering, architecture, and leadership

Social media

I use social media lightly. You’re welcome to follow along, but email is still the most reliable way to reach me.

  • LinkedIn: gerardo-ramirez-09 — useful for professional context; I prefer email for real conversations.
  • GitHub: gerardoramirez — best place to see what I’m building in public.
  • Twitter / X: I check it occasionally; please don’t rely on DMs.

tl;dr: follow me where you like, but reach me via email.

Scheduling

For scheduled calls or meetings, please send a calendar invite once we’ve agreed on a time. A short agenda in the invite helps a lot.

A note

I’m systematic, but not inflexible. Some of the best collaborations start as informal, open-ended conversations. If something interesting is on your mind, write.
